C·Matrix contains a combination of buffered vitamin C and bioflavonoids that provide well-absorbed and well-balanced antioxidant support. By binding ascorbic acid with minerals such as magnesium, calcium, sodium and potassium, C-Matrix offers a product that is pH-neutral and, therefore, quite gentle on the digestive tract. Bioflavonoids are plant compounds found in citrus fruits, apples, tea and many other foods, with health-promoting properties. Research has shown that they have potent anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy, anti-bacterial, anti-thrombotic and anti-oxidant abilities, capable of inhibiting LDL cholesterol oxidation.
